"My first impression was really good I liked the flair and atmosphere of the restaurant also the rooms were huge with a couch. All was clean and looked after. Even an iron was provided immediately after we asked for it. The quality of the food wasn't the best just average, simple made for the price quite disappointing.The waitresses were really nice even one of them was flirting a bit to much with all male guests.A disgrace was the owner of the place she interrupted our party and insulted loudly all the guests of damaging in purpose her properties instead of talking in person to the host. Even few of our guests were insulted the next morning at the breakfast table.....called a liar. We had a few parties at this place but this was very very disappointing that is not the way you treat guests and for sure that was the last party we had there. A REAL SHAME!!!"

"Wir waren zum Whisky-Dinner. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Das Gastgeberehepaar hat jeden Gast sehr liebevoll begrüßt und durch den Abend geführt und über die angebotenen Whiskysorten eindrucksvoll berichtet. Das Menü war exzellent ausgewählt hat die Geschmackssinne hervorragend verführt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend, denn wir ganz bestimmt wiederholen werden."

"After a long time again a return in the star ground. The restaurant is very nicely furnished and the service is also top. The food was delicious and tasty. A little criticism, the knives could be sharper. The crunchy vegetables and the baked carving were quite difficult to cut. We're happy to come back to a visit, a wind bag has to be tried."

"Our choice for the celebration at the end of the year fell to this place where you were received with different drinks and then sit in the restaurant that is very high quality and you had plenty of space. There was a buffet according to the motto Everything you can eat a variety of combinations of dishes created by it. This hotel has worn the special time very well and can only be recommended for such events."

"Had a lovely traditional meal from the area with friends. Good value for money including an English menu which very much surprised us. The staff were very attentive and tried to help us with our meal selection. As the restraunt is in an area not...visited by tourists we were well received. We took the opportunity to visit the Erfurt Christmas market some from Arnstad, this is a must see attraction including the two very impressive Cathedrals. We have also visited Erfurt in the summer and would also recommend a visit."
