Casablanca - Germantown

I had a reservation for 6 at 6:30 here on a Saturday night. My family and I love to go here for their gyros and shawarma. The restaurant was busy, with seemingly 2 servers, one food runner, and two cooks. However, our order was taken promptly, and we only waited about 15 minutes for our food. And the food was absolutely delicious, as always. Three of us ordered the beef and lamb schwarma platters, only I ordered the couscous platter and added beef and lamb schwarma to it (instead of the rice).The schwarma comes without the sauce (in the picture I added the sauce). They give you two sauces to choose from, one is pretty spicy, but they're both equally tasty. We then had baklava and their chocolate mousse for dessert, and they did not disappoint. The only reason we deducted a star was because there were so few servers, it took us a while to get our drinks refilled and get the check. One of the servers, a younger girl, came to our table once the entire time we were there, and seemed more attentive to the other half of the restaurant. The other server (who I am assuming is the owner, as he is always there) was very friendly but busy. This is easily the best Israeli/Middle Eastern food in Memphis. Try the schwarma!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The flavors were incredible, especially the traditional gyro meat. The menu had a wide range of ethical and tasty options, and even the tea was delicious and refreshing. This is a fantastic spot for lunch that is also affordable. Thank you for a great meal!

Casablanca is a great spot for casual Mediterranean cuisine. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious Meze dishes and tasty hummus. The moussaka is satisfying and the Shawarma plate is also recommended. Don't miss out on trying their acclaimed tea, which truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Memphis!

The food was great. We have the super sandwich, filled grape leaves and some frits. The food was not long to come and everything was hot and delicious. The frits were slightly seasoned and the sauces provided the opportunity to get ketchup pointless. I love the spicy jalapeno sauce. It's just hot enough without being too hot. Very recommended!!

We often have parties catered, and the restaurant manager is so helpful in placing bulk orders and having everything packaged so that nothing gets soggy and everything stays warm. Guests are always impressed with the meal, and the work is so easy for me! Love this place!
