"I 've been to 4 or 5 different Crumbl stores and the customer service at this location is great. I 'd ordered (as a cheer up gift) online and doordash delivered cookies to the wrong address. Contacted Crumbl Rockville and cookies were delivered to the correct address the same day! Friends loved the 6 different flavors..I highly recommend Crumbl!!!"

"Food is great quality, tastes delicious, lots of options! If someone in your party has dietary restrictions, I'm sure there will be something for everyone. Been here at least 5 times. "Tried the pick 2 option and got their Chipotle Chicken Bacon spud and French Dip sandwich. The spud was very good, moist and and rich. Recommend, if you like spuds.The french dip was meh. It does come with a liquid dipping soup which was also just alright. The sandwich itself doesn't have much taste so you kind of have to dip to get more flavor. Will get the whole spud next time."
