Jan 2023. Visiting from UK regretfully got delayed due to a ferry breakdown so did not arrive on the 1st night we booked. We did however email them from Hull to let them know this but they still made us pay for the room (dissapointing) when we arrived. Found bugs in the hotel room, location is bit isolated, struggled to get a taxi- perhaps was due to the event ongoing at Wolfsburg. Reception staff was very helpful though read more.
