What Kami Barnhart doesn't like about Cafe Rio Mexican Grill:
I have been eating at Cafe Rio for more than 10 years. A new Cafe Rio just opened a block away from me. Obviously, I want to eat there BUT this is my third time now at this location and all three times have looked almost exactly like this?old lettuce, cilantro, and brown avocado. Why?
