I'll keep this simple: our family will never patronize a chipotle again. The order was inaccurate (I ordered a double barbacoa bowl pictured below, I was given a bowl of sour cream, cheese and tomato), half of our food was missing, the staff was apathetic, the manager was incompetent, and there was no resolution.
