What toffy concepcion likes about Gah Lok Dim Sum:
They have excellent frozen dimsum. Hargau, xiao long bao and beef balls are my favorites. Hargau here has bamboo shoots. This place has the distinction of being Vancouver's first frozen dimsum outlet. They used to be called Happy Family Dimsum. Xiao long bao and hargau are almost an art form. Huge selection of frozen dim sum items.
Their Dimsum style beef balls are the best! Though always sold out closer to the end of day, better go early or stock up.
