What Carol Vlahos likes about Dunkin':
Every time I go into this location the staff is AMAZING.. very nice and smiles on their faces. I’m used to going to locations and tipping the staff and I was a palled to hear that they are no longer able to take tips. The stuff don’t make a lot of money and I should be able to based on my service be able to give a tip to a staff member or staff that have done amazing customer service. This is not right. Took 42 min of waiting in the line in the morning, the doors were locked and you count go inside. I waited because once your in line you can’t get out and I just had a door dash. View all feedback.

"Food was fantastic. Being our first time there we tried multiple items. Very fresh and authentic, great flavors. Tacos were great. Three street tacos with fresh tortillas. Meat was incredibly tender. Steak burritos were huge and filled with mostly meat, not rice. Nachos were covered in toppings. It's a small place but worth waiting for. The owner was incredibly nice and spent time talking to us about food and his background. He is clearly very dedicated to providing the best possible product. Will be going back for sure."

"Service was great and everything was fine, but seating us at a tiny hightop table in the middle of the servers path was not necessary. There was barely anyone in there and we were clearly in the way and could have enjoyed a cozy table by a window, but instead we were knocked into and crammed at a table that seemed like a last-minute add for additional seating."
