"The rooms were standard but very clean, we traveled with dog and even had a terrace with green area. the breakfast was good and fresh. most convinces next to the location directly on the walensee, the friendliness of the employees. I'd like to go back."

"We were spending night in Flumserberg on our way to Vienna and were recommended here as a reasonably priced option for a family, would hate to have seen the more expensive one. Service was excellent and setting was lovely. Meals were generous portions."

"Very disappointing: I come to Flims since a few years and I have seen how Ustria Startgels is deteriorating in terms of food and service. It used to be my favorite place.... Recently I made a reservation for the night, it’s a special menu for 135. including the transfer from Flims with snow machines, I booked 1 month in advance for a special occasion and they simply lost my reservation?!? Meaning I could go, and they didn’t really apologize neither, just kept saying what should we do? Well at the end they didn’t anything .... not even an email saying „sorry“...."

"Great location, clean room, very very nice staff and very tasty homemade food. The private sauna by appointment was a highlight. Paid covered garage for hotel guests right next to it. The only disadvantage: very weak internet connection"
