Friendly atmosphere with a relaxing and rustic feel. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were lovely. First visit was a week ago with six other people who all enjoyed the night. I was back again within a few days with a different set of friends and family so I would definitely recommend. read more.

"Amazing and varied homemade soups, scones and cakes, all on offer on a daily basis. Today I had Moroccan chicken soup with a treacle scone....strange mixture, I know, however, treacle scones are such a rarity these days and it was delicious. The cafe is now table service and staff are so friendly and engage with you when , first, they bring a bottle of water and glasses to your table. Love the sharing of tables, especially encouraged when it's busy.....which is most days over lunch period. When paying, consider a donation to allow a homeless person some nourishing food. Once visited, defy you not to revisit, it's so worth it."
