I visit this Subway every year during my travels across the country. This location was clean and well-organized, and the young man working there was very professional and helpful. I was also pleased that they stayed open until 9 PM since I arrived in town late. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a teriyaki chicken salad, but instead received a teriyaki chicken bowl. When I inquired about why it was served chopped in a bowl rather than as a salad, I was told they prioritize protein dishes because they are more expensive. They refused to correct my order. I paid $8.90 for a dish that was supposed to be a salad. I've been coming to this Subway for years, and I'm disappointed by this experience. View all feedback.
Large customer service, cleaner charging and eating, man making them a better way to sub-sandwich than the subways in louisville. I feel like almost all food workers. louisville shld spend a week with their same employer in glassgow to see how the customer service really is
Just purchased a salad...paid $8 for a handful of lettuce and barely any toppings...very unhappy!!! Won't be back to this store

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I placed online order, picked up my family's food. My 9 year old complained about her sandwich. I opened the sandwich to find the bacon uncooked, more than half the toppings were missing. My son wanted the meatball sandwich with cheesy garlic bread. NOPE, paid extra for nothing. The garlic bread is not sold here. Owner of subway emailed did not offer to refund or remake anything. Do Not make my mistake of ordering online, go in and watch your sandwich being made, or go to a different Subway. One on the Glasgow square is phenominal!!
