Booked a dome for our early Christmas get together. The staff could not have been nicer, they were so friendly, accommodating and attentive. Laura looked after our table and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. What allieblue73 doesn't like about Gwr:
This used to be an amazing venue in days gone by so thought we would give it a try. Disappointed in every part of this visit. Staff were clearly very inexperienced. Having to ask for things 2 and even 3 times. Drinks order forgotten. Food was style over substance. The chips were basically raw. The mac and cheese was overcooked pasta, bland sauce. Delicious vegan meal and good service. Great neighbourhood restaurant with a varied menu. We’ll definitely be back soon.
