One of the Best in Glasgow. My wife and I are regular visitors to Glasgow, after a recommendation from a friend we gave the Pelican a try, we were not disappointed, welcome was warm, friendly and efficient. Great wine list, very reasonably priced and a decent selection of beers bottled and on draught. Menu was interesting with a touch of old school, priced fairly and was mostly scottish sourced. Just....terrible. Went there on sat night ,a truly awful dining experience .firstly we were sat at a table by the door ,it was so cold my girlfriend had to sit with her jacket on ,we eventually had to ask to move to a free table (we were not offered it)to escape the chills, next ,we had to wait 15+ mins to get a drink (again which we had to ask for).
