"I ordered Chick-n-Strips and they are MUCH smaller than I had anticipated. They are basically misshapend chicken nuggets. And you cant order sauce with it unless you order a small bottle of sauce which costs about $4.00. I scarfed down those strips in about 45 seconds. I also ordered the fruit salad which was quite good and tasted very fresh. I was very disappointed with how small the Chick-n-Strips were but I gave it 4 stars because everything tasted SO GOOD."

"We had a good experience here. Came at a slow time between lunch and dinner and the staff was friendly and attentive. They made good suggestions and provided a good service. This place reminded me of Sweetgreen but with a smaller menu selection. The portions are generous, especially when it comes to their proteins. Very good overall."

"Big burger. my sohn has a milk allergy so he made a burger with the texas toast and it was great! I made the classic burger. it was a better version of a five guys burger. the service was excellent, which makes it also a winner. fries were excellent and they do not use peanut oil, but they use canola that helps for someone who has peanut allergies. I have the place a “A” for the quality of food and service."

"Fast service and such cool atmosphere!!! Came here for brunch before heading out of Richmond, and so glad we did. The crab benedict was amazing as was the lumberjack platter! Loved the mimosas too and the cool unique touches the space had. Definitely will be back."

"What a disappointment: I had my sister and her daughter over to visit from Maryland I managed to persuade them to let me order lunch from moe 's at cox rd at broad street. My order totaled over $38($46 w/$8 tip). Boy what a mistake; the order came it was two separate orders that called for a bag of chips per order. Instead when it arrived it was 1 bag of chips with the tacos enclosed. I called to find out what happened and a gentleman told me he placed two scoops of chips in the one bag. I attempted to explain to him that this very same order had been placed by myself inside the location several times and was given a bag of chips with each: the one taco order and the three taco order. He felt his answer was enough to appease me but after having lunch and listening to my sister and niece complain I decided as a customer paying almost $50 for some tacos I needed to re address this issue. I guess the grocery stores are not the only organizations that is partaking in the SHRINKFLATION restaurants are participating in the same rip off process. I was again highly embarrassed and decided to give my portion up for them to eat my taco and chips to make up for my misjudgment of thinking Moe 's Southwestern Restaurant was a great place to get tacos from! BOY WAS I WRONG! No worries I considered I 'd count my losses and just not patronize this business again. I usually spend at least $30 $50 when I do patronize this restaurant, but not anymore. And please excuse me for bragging on the quality and quantity of food and service offered by your firm. It was nice but you won 't have to worry about my orders inside or delivery again!!!"
