Risotto is an art form that requires so many quality factors in its creation and when its done right there are few things that compare. We feel lucky to have experienced it."

"I have eaten at Nogga several times. It is located at the epicentre of Carlisle St, being one of many restaurants along both sides of this eclectic street.Nogga is a Kosher restaurant. There is a wide choice of food available - fish, pasta and more. They offer some very nice salmon dishes and the pasta serves are generally large, but somewhat too 'saucy.' The cakes look good. I have not tried them but my family members seem to enjoy them.Service can improve, sometimes meals are prompt, sometimes slow, but the staff are helpful.I have not been for a couple of months, but I will go again."
