I have being on 2 occasions in the little time I have being in Melbourne (almost 3 months) so that gives you an idea of how much I love this place. On my last visit we were celebrating my mother in law's birthday and it couldn't have being better. The place is depressing as anything and you can tell the owners have not done any updates or improvements since the 70's. We ordered the quail and were left starving. Not only was it a tiny portion but tasted absolutely disgusting. The chai late tasted like plain milk you would serve to a baby.
