Room was big,bed very comfy,service at reception was great,buffet breakfast was worth the price.the whole area was perfectly laid out,with three swimming pools to chose from.If you need to take photos on the 19th floor is a place,ther you can look down on the swimming pool and the beach. this trip was the best we've had in a long time Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Kid-friendly, Great value

The staff at this hotel are lovely and the location perfect, but the rooms terrible. We requested a mould free room as we are sensitive to mould, however, I don’t think there’s a way to escape mould in this place. They are renovating the rooms, however, painting over mould doesn’t kill it. We had mould in our bathroom above the shower and sink and we all had mould symptoms which wasn’t fun while on holiday, including our 7 month old who almost a week later he still having breathing issues. The beds are so uncomfortable, and the furniture old. We were also really disappointed with the lack of real healthy food options at the restaurant. Views from our room were amazing though. The view from your room is amazing and the location is good, but its more of a family hotel. We could hear the people above us walking up and down their room constantly, the doors bang so loudly and kept waking us up and the breakfast is average. The bathroom needed a deep clean... The previous peoples hair still on the tiles and mold above the shower. It wasn't entirely bad, just not amazing. I'd stay elsewhere if I go back to the island.
