"There would be a negative 1 if I could wait for the kassizer jasmine c to fratern with the guy before us and then we could place our order in their free time while she laughed swungly all the time. stayed here because there were good reviews, wildly disappointed. they could get a headache, how loud the cash and the workers shout and scream each other. the manager should really consider letting some of these people go because this was the worst customer service experience I ever had. absolutely ridiculous behavior for adults at workstation."

"Excellent food; however, not always consistent. Service needs great improvement. My most favorite restaurant in the city; as such, I would love to see it grow and prosper. Cleanliness standards have also dropped since the restaurant first opened. If service improves, sales can easily quadruple for the restaurant considering the taste of the food and the great menu options."

"Beautiful atmosphere, fast kitchen, great service. we had the vegan bfast sandwich and vegan French toast. the sandwich was enormous with delicious bread and cheese. French toast was so delicious and not too sweet. fresh coffee and mandelmilch. they can join the waiting list on their website."

"My friend usually mentions that he goes to zaitoon kitchen. I finally had the chance to try it and ordered the $11.00 lamb burger combo, but was held $12.50. I asked why and was told that they had not updated the signs. I went and checked the online menu and its $12,50 for the combo with a cheese. If I had the option for a cheese without a price, I would have had to put it a piece down. I like it. where is my cheese zaitoon? where? only confused is everything."
