"For the first time visited with my engaged, how we were attracted by the selection of vegetarian and vegan feeds in the offer. it was absolutely delicious, and so to be a nice restaurant. excellent red curry, and the tempura veg is fresh and satisfying. we even had a dessert with delicious vegan vanilleeis. I also love the ethos of restaurants, with a fixed focus on high quality local products. a real gem in gloucester."

"Great old world pub great atmosphere well worth a visit when your in the area. Good menue large portions what ever you choose. So mutch so 4 of us could not manage a sweet after starter of bread and dips of garlic and olive oil and one of oil and balsamic vinigar then main course great value. Staff could not be more helpful. "Huge selection of ice creams and a huge queue to go with it!!! Well worth the wait though. I can honestly say this is the best chocolate ice cream I have had in years. The kids always eat theirs too. You must try it!!!"

"Arrived somewhat flustered on a Friday evening as we were late due to an overrunning work meeting. We were instantly greeted warmly and seated for a drink in the lounge (fabulous). We were made to feel welcome, relaxed and there was not a hint of annoyance at our late arrival. So lovely…. We had the tasting menu and what a fabulous experience it was. Every course was beautifully presented and exquisite. Favourite courses were the soup, scallop and lamb curry but in reality all the courses were fabulous. Our evening was wonderful, this is a really fabulous place, the decor is beautiful, the tables aren’t too close together and the service is friendly and welcoming. Brilliant evening we will return."

"Lovely views. Very friendly and efficient service. Dog friendly. Ideal spot to stop while out walking the dog. The truffle and parmesan fries are delicious."
