To be honest as it is the oldest public house in Gloucester, it is not humble and so friendly. the bar staff and the landlord cannot do enough to help everyone. great relaxing music and a beautiful pint also. all the hardest was made very welcome. I hope to see her again soon. View all feedback.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem and was pleasantly surprised. Despite living in the county for years, I had never heard of this place before. We decided to stop in for a drink while waiting for a carol concert at the beautiful Gloucester Cathedral nearby. The service was quick and the beer was delicious. Fantastic pub located in the heart of Gloucester, perfect for all sports enthusiasts. The staff are friendly and I highly recommend it.
