"I don't understand how this place can be rated 4.5 stars based on food. Our bartender was great, the guacamole really good, but the tacos are truly sub par. I mean WAY sub par. Pastor dry. Short ribs flavorless. Ground beef bland. And they are pricey $5 $6 each and stingy portions for the price. My companion had chicken fajitas it was OK, nothing special, but again, pricey. There are 5 other Mexican places on St. Simons. Only Bubba Garcia's is worse."

"Good food, good service. Quesadilla was the only remarkable standout, overcrowded and fried with butter. Otherwise standard Mexican food. Our waiter has not received our special requests (no tomatoes on a plate, don't give the children big, full, released drinks)"

"I took my wife there for our 20th anniversary and had a delicious meal with drinks. My wife was the driver so I was able to drink and I had the best Old Fashion I have ever had. Our meal was great my wife had the fried chicken and I had a steak. Both meals were great. Lastly, we can a delicious creme brulee that was one of the best I have ever had. A wonderful place to go."
