"Been here several times in the past and the food never disappoints. The peach salad appetizer was amazing with warmed peppers on top. The Blackberry brown butter tart with dulce de leche ice cream was also superb! Service was a tad slow and the prices have increased, though that's not uncommon across the industry. Still love the open kitchen vibe, bread, wine list and house cocktails. If you are looking for a decadent night out in Portland, ME, this should be your destination"

"Most unique, soft and flavorful bagels I’ve ever had. The sea salt bagel is perfectly coated in a light crust of salt. We also tried the hot pepper, ham and chive scone and the ham and gruyere croissant. We are up visiting family in the area and when we return, we’ll be here for breakfast everyday! Everything looks scrumptious."

"Best! We were there at Portland Head Light for sunrise and this was open on the way back. Blueberry bagel was out of this world! We also tried the Boston Cream Bismark and it was really nice without sweetness overpowering. Also had both hot and cold coffee. Highly recommend!"

"This is the first sit down AJs I've been to. Also noticed they were pretty quick. I've often been annoyed going to AJs because they're slow. Almost seems intentional but this one was nice and quick.The bathroom was nice enough. I did have to wait for 5 minutes to get in it. Not saying it's where employees go to take breaks but I'm not saying it isn't. ; .Lots of good parking."
