"It's a lovely woodfired pizza joint with cherry staff and quick service. They have a solid vegan/plant based option as well as regular pizzas and they use the good melty vegan cheese, so it's a real joy to eat."

"This bibim slapped! Fantastic Korean food fried chicken and slaw and beef bibimbab bowls. Also don’t sleep on the kimchi I promise you’ll regret it best kimchi I’ve had in ages. "What a suprise! I've been following The Fermentist for some time but had somehow never made it in. How glad am I that today was the day. First off- the outdoors area is on point. I love the planter boxes/benches combo and the garden is stunning. Such a great use to of space and made me feel like we were in a secluded oasis. The main restaurant area looked fun too- and I'd like to see what it was like when it's busy. Honestly, it was a hard day for me with big hospital trips for my son so it's saying a lot that we had such an enjoyable experience. The food was to die for.. we had the tasting platter which I would reccomend . Stuck to coffee but it was expertly made. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed their attentive but space giving style. Looking forward to returning again soon."

"I've been there a couple of weeks ago and had the Jackfruit Masala and i am still thinking of it. It's been so delicious, rich in spices and flavors. As a starter i had the Samoa chaat which was equally yummi. They also the a vegan version of a mango lassi (with almond milk instead) and it was perfect since it wasn't too sweet as other shakes i had before. You can choose between a couple of currys with different spiced rice and naans. Try it!"

"This review actually saddens me to write.. I really love the delicious food that we receive any time we purchase from a pocket full of spice however, tonight as I was enjoying my curry, I felt something hard and sharp in my mouth. I pulled the item out and it was a plastic zip tie. I was shocked. Luckily, it had been dished into my bowl, and not my toddlers.. it could have been an absolute disaster. I called the restaurant and explained what had happened. They offered to replace my meal (kind of them, and the least I would have expected, however no refund offered) and were very apologetic. I feel compelled to write this review as a warning to others, as I’m not sure how a plastic zip tie ended up inside a curry pot!"

"A nice wee cafe with a really great outdoor area for kids, something that you don't find in cafes often.<br/>The decor was awesome and a really comfortable and friendly setting, the lady who served us was lovely and made sure we were happy throughout the night. <br/>The meal me and my partner had was amazing, we took up the 2 for 1 pizza deal and was not disappointed. <br/>The dessert however- chocolate mousse was a wee bit too rich and heavy which let us down. <br/>All in all though, very happy with the service and will definitely be back."
