Ordered a chicken sandwhich combo, Oreo blast, 2 ice cream cups, fries, and cheese tots. All tots were cold, the sandwich was mostly onions and mayo with no lettuce and was the size of a slider, the blast just had Oreos on top and was not blended, and the Dr. Pepper tasted off. Because please and thank you must be really hard to say…..common courtesy.
They don't pay attention to what is being ordered by the customer. A SWEET tea is not the same thing, nor is it an acceptable substitute for UNSWEET tea. And it shouldn't take 25 minutes to make ONE drink. I'm leaving a bad review because we get the same service every time.
I will never go back to this location worst experience.
I have called 4 times with no answer. I ordered my food and my food was cold and on top of that my chicken snack wrap had two small shreds of lettuce and a piece of chicken. Not at all what was advertised.
Bad food even for a sonic. Doesn’t have a phone have to call corporate to get a refund. -10/10 would not do again.
