Applebee's - Grand Haven

Today I took my 91-year-old mother for a small ride from Grand Rapids to Grand Haven...Lake Michigan holds a special place in her heart. We thought at the Applebee a fast lunch. Not only was our food fantastic, coffee fresh and hot....our service was a 10! Day to Day Details often lacks appreciation many earn and I would like to take this opportunity to say DANK YOU Mabel not only for your wonderful service, but also for going over and above! Your service was really appreciated.

Are family stopped for dinner tonight Dylan was great! He was funny talking to and to the experience. Food came perfect without problems and we are all happy..we will be back thanks to Dylan!

We were greeted immediately and with a smile. Our waiter was Isaac. Very helpful with the menu and amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable. Our food all came out very quickly and was all very fresh and appetizing. The prices were reasonable. Restaurant very clean and all waitstaff were groomed well with a clean appearance. Definitely the best applebees we have ever been to! Great job everyone. My daughter was engaged this evening and you made the night extra special for us. Thank you Applebees and especially Isaac! *Edit 07/16/21 My husband and I visited tonight and had a very enjoyable experience. Keisen was our server and was amazing! 5 stars just for her menu knowledge and great customer service. Lovely entrees to boot! We decided on the 2 for 22 option. We ordered Buffalo style boneless wings with blue cheese dressing. The app was accompanied by celery and sauced very adequately. We both ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. With all of that plus 2 sodas we paid a little over $37. Keisen greeted us immediately and offered specific cocktail and beverage options. All smiles and checked on us often even through the restaurant was pretty busy. Keisen made us feel important and appreciated. We are still very pleased with this location above any others in the area and even in other states we have visited! Thank you for the great dining experience Keisen!

Always have liked Applebee's. Each location I have been too is always a great experience. Prices are solid for a quick affordable dinner date. Laid back atmosphere, wait times are rarely outrageous. Chicken, pasta, steak, shrimp, you name it you can find it here.

I celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at the Grand Haven Applebee's, and it was a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Emily, was a delight and very attentive. We had an amazing time as a family, and the food was delicious. Although they no longer sing for birthdays, they still made it special by treating her to a free dessert! Great job!
