The customer service here is stellar. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. The staff was extraordinary friendly and went above and beyond in everything they did while I was there. I was there on 11/29/23 at around 6:00. Kudos to the staff working during this time. It was the worst customer service experience ever the food was gross. I ordered a super burrito but 1 get one for a dollar Annie rang it up 2x wrong pointed out the flyer on window. She acted annoyed and rang up again. when my food came to go I asked for a receipt. She messed around awhile and then told me I can't print you a receipt I said the original receipt was laying next to register. She found it said 2 meat n... View all feedback.

This Taco John's is the worst i have ever been to if you value your money don't go there twice now they have over charged me and then say they void the transaction and they don't and then turn around and charge you again . then tell you that it takes up to 10 days to get the charges reversed and then it still doesn't go back on your card i was there a few months ago and this happened then i was there on the 24th and they did it again and when i called them out the manager started freaking out which i'm sure she's on something . tried to get my money back wouldn't give it to me or give me the voided transaction or my reciept. tried calling the owner in kearney no response have also tried calling cooperate in wyo. no response. so now i have had to go to my bank and they are going to do a fraud claim on them. the food was terrible the management is horrible. will never be back.

I said I want the super burrito and handed it back she said no u couldn't have cause I ordered that. I don't eat potatoes. I asked for refund she said no I ordered that. I asked for owner or managers name she refused to give me.
