I came through during the lunch break for a shake, there were a few big orders before me. When I came into the window, my shake was melted and I (rudely) asked for a fresh shake. the lady was professional, apologised brought me a new one that was a smile. she even raised the shake! thank you for making it right?! most miserable drive thru experience if u go anytime after 8pm. sit in drive thru for at least 30-40 minutes total almost every time. took me 20 min to even get to order with only 3 cars in front of us (that we could see). have never experienced such consistently slow and unenthusiastic service. if anything else is open and youre not interested in sitting in a non moving drive thru line for an hour, find somewhere el...
