It 's my understanding that Betty Kaye 's is in the Forest Hills Grocery store, but it doesn 't appear to be there any longer, or has changed. They have a hot food bar and a place to make panini 's and other sandwiches. Maybe the Betty Kaye 's sign is in the shop. At any rate, you can get a pretty large panini at a decent cost, and it was delicious. Whatever it is now it 's a good place for lunch. View all feedback.
