What User likes about Whataburger:
the burgers are good. keep the expectations very low for speed. I always spend at least 10 minutes in the line, but in the longer. they usually get fresh hot pommes. I also try to order a jr burger, and it is 50/50 whether I will get it, and I can not predict which size I will get. Even if I give a size, it can't be. What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
it took a long time to get my food. no regular ketchup left, only sharp ketchup left. grandson not a big fan of spicy ketchup. as we were in a nearby hotel, had to stop in a convenient business and buy regular ketchup! not the cleanest of the places I visited.
