Normally you might be able to get to the Ship and Lobster via the coastal path (I’m not really sure) but as part of it was closed we had a rather uninspiring walk past scruffy industrial sites and, to be honest, the pub itself is situated in a rather drab and dismal area. We are a regular small group of walkers. We arrived by car from our walk in Cobham, chosen as the reviews here were so good.Sorry to say we were very disappointed.
