What marc jennings doesn't like about Shell:
Try not to go here after 11pm, the store clerk is always busy doing other things, I once waited 10 minutes at the counter to be cashed out as he was doing other things... Never make a customer wait while you do other things... If it was a one time thing I wouldn't complain, but everytime and its same cashier that makes customers wait over and over again... View all feedback.
Found a hair in my breakfast sandwich.
Placed my order for a pizza by phone, got here 20 minutes later only to find out they did even start making it. They forgot . Now I 'm waiting.
