"A downtown Grayslake gem. The atmosphere is EXACTLY what you'd want in a neighborhood coffee shop, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, right on the main street of downtown Grayslake. The coffee is always solid, they always have the usual staplesplus they rotate an interesting flavored variety if that's your thing. But the real treat is the baked goods absolutelyphenomenal variety of really yummy muffins, cakes, cookies, scones, etc. So good! I've also had breakfast here a few times andthe food is always great to go along with friendly service. "I purchased a Harvest Spice Muffin which happens to be my favorite. The muffin was very dry and actually tasted stale. I was dissapointed and I couldn't even eat the muffin and I had to throw it away. The price of the muffin was over 5.00."

"Fred was rocky. It is a bit dated in decor and they only accept cash, but that means I had the steak and eggs for $10.50 and it was so solid it was as if they were the price of when it was opened first. I can't imagine it's doing this breakfast somewhere for any place near this price."

"Had lunch there today, not only was the food good and hot, the service was superb! Olivia P went above and beyond! So friendly, checked to see if we needed anything multiple times. All the servers came out smiling, obviously loving their jobs. Olivia, you set the standard high for other workers in fast food. Great Job!"
