Tonight I went to the drive through and ordered two mocha lattes at 9:49 PM lady says “yeah… um actually our latte machine is already cleaned, so we can’t make those”.At least make up a lie and say they’re broken. That’s way better than telling a customer “No, I’d rather not, just because I don’t want to”.I totally understand, but change your posted business hours if this is common practice at this North Fry location... I came to pick up an order of 3 dozen donuts for a gender reveal, the donuts were delicious and the pick up was prompt.
