"Had steak Sunday and had steak Monday, excellent both times and the price was very reasonable. I might also add that the owner and staff are knowledgeable and efficient. looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu, I hear their cheeseburger is excellent as well."

"We visited on October 13th it was our first time, got off the tram at 2 oh my gosh do we recommend the tram Ray is the absolute best, anyway we ran to the bistro excited about the food. Got there at 2:07 ordered a bison steak and a kids burger, everyone who came after us got served first and these were large parties and there was at least 5 different groups of 4-6 people in each so we aren’t exaggerating. Got our two waters at 2:20 and the glasses were nasty they finally brought our food at 2:37 they informed us they were out of white gravy and gave us brown husband doesn’t like brown gravy and it would’ve been fine if the mash potatoes weren’t freezing the steak was so fatty and nasty the burger was just awful and cold. The only thing they did right was the cold French fries. The waitress couldn’t be bothered with us. It was truly awful, that being said the Canyon was amazing the trout fishing was amazing the ladies from the stables were so nice the gift shop people were so accommodating and Ray our tram tour guide kept us entertained and laughing the whole 2 hours I would recommend everything but the bistro it was expensive and gross."

"Edit 10/4/23 Had the entire place to ourselves basically the entire time we were there. That was so nice. Tables are kinda weird. Very cramped spacing in there. The waitress we had was great. Very attentive, polite, professional, and beautiful voice I heard her singing under her breath. You know who you are. We chatted. Keep singing girly). The pizza tastes better than I remember the cook did an excellent job), and we will definitely come back. Previous: Food is good for what we have available in the area. It just really erks me that the $10 off a $20 purchase coupon doesn 't work in conjunction with the deals so there 's no point in doing the survey. Also, disappointed that the $5 per item deal is gone."
