"This was my first venture after lockdown. Couldn't have been better. Lovely old building and bar. Incredibly friendly welcome from the owners who was cleaning constantly. The whole thing felt safe.The food was lovely ... real chips! Newly made awesome fish cakes. They have a great garden for eating and drinking outside. Highly recommend this if you are on a trip to the area. Very dog friendly which is a bonus."

"We love this place and always try to come with an apology to go there! every meal we have tried was delicious with plenty of portions to feed the hungry of people. the house made desserts are amazing and we usually take a few home for later, as we are so full after the meal. the personal is always welcoming, friendly and chatting. the prices are also very reasonable so that I would definitely recommend this place."
