A little expensive for lunch, but only if you think you eat quickly. This place is delicious. Staff attentive. The toilets are clean. Beautiful historical photos through outside. If you have a sweet tooth, try the buttermilk cake. Nothing like buttermilk. View all feedback.

My family and I were at Lake Oconee/Greensboro area for 5 nights and tried number of local restaurants. My rating is based on the restaurants we tried in the area. Follow me to see my other reviews. This was the one restaurant in the area that we wanted to try from everything that I read about. We felt it was a bit over hyped. Fried green tomatoes was the best thing we got, though the tomatoes were not green enough.... View all feedback.
Great green beans and mashed potatoes! Famous buttermilk pie is the best! Fast and friendly service! My waitress Nay was great!!! Highly recommended!
