her eating is better now since she switched her french. the super super super sweet black lady at the windows is always smiling and friendly. I wish I had her name. She always has pretty nails. Worst experience tonight at the Berea location. Took forever to get our food and so many people waiting. Employees looked like deer in headlights! Got home and half the food was wrong. Wendy's has gone downhill! Stay away. View all feedback.
