What Robert A doesn't like about Ihop:
How far can a good restaurant fall? In this case, 5 stars because I can't give a half star. The only reason I can give it one is the staff, which is the only high point. We're 4 friends who go here regularly for breakfast and today set the bar so low, I'm not sure it can ever rise. The four of us each had scrambled eggs and all four were cold.
