What a special surprise! This place was fantastic... the atmosphere, decor, service attention and menu explanation, and best of all the food! The cured meat appetizer was stellar. The beef brisket was the BEST I've had on any of my travels around the US. It had the tenderness and structure of a piece of prime rib unlike anything I've ever tasted. We went there last night because of the great reviews. Disappointed is how I would sum it up. We ordered the BBQ sampler. The chicken leg was so undercooked and tough. The ribs were good, but make sure you like a strong smoke flavor if you order. Beer was $10.50 each. read more.
