Was blown away by this hotel. All staff were polite and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to get our day going. I travel frequently and booked here due to last minute extension of travel on business trip. Absolute worst experience ever! Walking in the hotel is impressive. My room exterior door would hang up almost always. The sinks, both tub and bathroom sink drained slow. I went to call front desk and the phone didn't work.
