"A friend and I did an overnight trip to Paoli from Chicago. The community is so picturesque and this schoolhouse bistro definitely added to the charm. The interior was beautiful. It was light and airy and felt casually elegant. We sat outsideon the porch because my friend brought her pooch. They accommodated the dog with a bowl of water. Although we only had salads,they were fresh and delicious with light and flavorful homemade dressings. The staff was so friendly. It was a pleasant placeto have lunch."

"The BEST chocolate I have ever had! There are so many things to love about Madison Chocolate Company. The store is a little slice of heaven. Some of my personal favorites include the peanut butter covered chocolate and the coconut. The affogato is the best I’ve ever had, featuring divine Jenni’s ice cream. You can’t go wrong with any of the espresso drinks or the hot chocolate. Everything I’ve had here is a delight. The store interior is beautiful. A charming oasis on Monroe Street!"
