Actually, the ambience was fine, but... We waited for our food for two hours. This is not possible!! I'm sorry!!!

"Ich glaube, dass wenn man nur wenige Tische zu vergen hat, weil die Räumlichkeiten das nicht ermöglichen, muss man noch mehr um jeden einzelnen Gast kämpfen. Das ist schwer und sehr ermüdend! Um aber in Heiligenhafen in der Spitzenliga spielen zu können, ist das zwingend erforderlich. Es sei denn, man gibt sich mit etwas mehr als Durchschnitt zufrieden.Hier sind meiner Meinung nach noch Möglichkeiten möglich.Etwas in der Küche notwendig, aber noch mehr im Service!Spitzenbewertung bedeutet Spitzenleistung! Nicht einfach, dann könnte es ja auch jeder. Die Voraussetzungen für die obere Liga in Heiligenhafen sind dar."

"A beautiful hotel located on the marina, but outside the resort, a beach walk is only possible due to the nature reserve. It's not far to Hansa Park.The breakfast offered more than you need, after an omlett you have to ask, it's not eating in the evening was delicious. Saturday evening there was live music and Stockbrot Marshmallows.Our room overlooking the Baltic Sea was a dream, the large window front stretches over the entire width of the room.The sauna area is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, a large pool invites you to swim.Children are welcome to the hotel, outside there is a large playground and a games room in the breakfast area."

"We were allowed to enjoy two dinners here and come back very much next year.The entire team of the local is warm, courteous and diligent. the atmosphere is familiary and warm, simply invites you to stay.The eating was great on both days, the highlight was of course the fish plate. great fast was eating there, and also excellent taste and fresh."
