Too late to for a table and turned away at our first choice restaurant, we were welcomed warmly at Pali Gap & ordered a duck-breast salad and veggy salad at €10 (or €12 with a glass of wine). We sat outside in the shade to be surprised and delighted when our salads came. They were generous, delicious and freshly made by the friendly chef/owner, the ingredients mostly home made. The meal with bread, wine and water cost the same as two desserts in Sete the previous evening.
