I don't know what all these bad reviews are about. I love this place. Been here a good amount of times since I moved to Guelph and though they can be slow at times, I give them credit because most of the staff are students and they are doing their best! Very good location. Neat and clean. We purchased chocolate cake but was not sure that there was any nuts in the cake. We wanted to exchange. The girl served us with smiles when we first purchased the cake. But when we went there and asked about exchange, they said that there may be no nuts, so we decided to keep the cake.
