Atmosphere gets 3 stars because it is very causal, simple and basic but not in a bad way AT ALL!!! This place has the best food on the entire Russian River! I will drive back just for their food!!! Great staff, family owned and operated and the most delicious food! View all feedback.

What Brina Hartman doesn't like about Pat's International:
They were out of the first dish I requested, the Pain Perdu, so I chose s the country breakfast and pancakes. All of it came out lukewarm, but was very good. I loved the mushroom gravy! The pancakes were the most bland, cold pancakes I’ve ever ordered. I was very disappointed in those. In addition, it was very pricey for what you get. Overall it was a decent meal but I wish it had been hot. View all feedback.
