"We’ve been there before but it’s been refurbished beautifully and at first we thought it was closed from the outside. As it happens it was open, lovely bright, airy dining room. We went there cause one of our party is gluten intolerant and they had similar menu to the main one, excellent. The food was amazing, the presentation was stunning, even down to the crockery, some unusual pieces. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and the staff were so lovely and friendly. I must add that the place was spotless and it’s one of the cleanest toilets I’ve ever used, top marks for that, will recommend this little gem and we will be back, amazing"

"Lovely little cafe in the post office, what a great idea! Staff were really helpful, the full English consisted of 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 3 bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, beans, tomato, toast and some rocket. Top notch. Made even better with the government's 50% for Eat out to help out."

"Everything was even better than last time we felt desserts were brought to a while different level!, this restaurant is a little gem and with the set menu it's become a really good value for money alternative. Of course it's not cheap but it's a very doable treat!"

"Went today for a Sunday Roast with the family. Amazing food, HUGE portions and great service along with a lovely ambience. I had the roast chicken, you get a whole leg and breast. Our daughter had the beef and said it was the best meat she’d ever eaten and my husband had the pork, which he demolished without saying a word through his meal. All in all, a lovely afternoon with delicious food"
