Ordered home delivery and understood that this would be an hour or so ... 2 hours later on phoning we were informed it had been delivered NOT TRUE, then told it was on its way ALSO NOT TRUE. Another half hour and another phone call "it's just leaving now" NOT TRUE 3 hours after ordering we received piping hot food WITH NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. read more.
