Especially when you are lucky enough to get the ones fresh from the oven, the fresh baked bread smell rising out from the soft bread center, this just bring your morning to a new level of enjoyment. They have a variety of croissants, you won't know which one to choose as normally they are sold out and Yea, that's how good it is. The sour dough croissants made with dutch butter are fabulous, especially the ones with Belgian chocolate in them and the Belgian chocolate eclaires are to die for. The dedication and passion of Rob and Toshie in providing the very best of quality and ingredients. Outstanding level of quality and friendly service provided. "I came to Babylon for the reviews I saw on the happy cow app. I wasn't disappointed. richard was so welcoming, made my food fresh and had a great conversation with me while he cooked. he cooked my cousin to order (not precooked) and let me smell and test everything he did for me. his hummus is to die, but I will always come for his house falafel made! he makes it fresh every morning with a cheek he softens over at night. it's by far the best falafel I've ever had. he cooked it on the grill above, so it came so crispy at the edges and damp inside. I could not say fresh and tasty enough! good 5 stars worth even though it is not a fully vegan restaurant. highly recommended to eat here when they are around joondalup!"
