"Si eres un enamorado como yo de la comida del sudeste asiático (occidentalizada), lo mejor que puedes hacer en Trier es ir al Minh´s Bistro. Aunque la localización y el propio restaurante no son de los que enamoran a primera vista, todo queda de lado tras probar la deliciosa comida que preparan en la cocina. Nada realmente fuera de lo común pero todo sabroso y a muy buen precio. Toda pareja ha de tener un restaurante asiático en su relación, esta es mi opción favorita."

"First visit...directly enthusiastic. A really nice restaurant that invites you to stay. The dishes vary great so that what to have is actually for every wallet. The food was impeccable, visual and tasteful top. The service leaves nothing to be desired, reservation online without any problems. We look forward to another visit."

"The “Schlemmereule” offers a snorkelless kitchen at a high level. The dishes prepared from fresh ingredients are perfectly crafted by their excellent taste and their appealing and reserved appearance. The offer is very extensive for a restaurant that is decorated with the Michelin cellar, so that anyone who is willing to spend a little more for his Lucilic needs should be added to the menu with 28 positions! The three-course menu, which can be put together “à la carte”, is available for € 60,00 up to € 66,00, with the flat rate compared to the individual prices usually, but not always more favourable. With only three invoice items, it can be found quite quickly if you are powerful. If you place a value on four courses and order an intermediate dish, you can quickly reach 80,00 €, which means you get to the one-star area. However, it is not recommended from my point of view, because here in the region apparently three courses represent the measure of things and their total amount could easily be distributed to four to five courses in other areas. The selection of open wines is extremely limited, a wine tasting to the menu is not offered. In addition to a dry and semi-dry Riesling, a Weißburgunder 0,5l was called me for 18,50 €, for which I also decided without regret. Overall, the “Schlemmereule” offers excellent gastronomic performance and is therefore highly recommended. "A very well maintained and clean hotel, decorated and managed with great attention to detail. I was allowed to live the Junior Suite in the country house, felt comfortable and slept like on clouds. The dear ladies and gentlemen of the staff were helpful, friendly and very friendly. Breakfast leaves no wishes open and the evening 4 courses menu exceeds all my expectations. The very tastefully decorated wellness area, let me forget my everyday stress. I have enjoyed my vacation here more than I certainly come back!!! Thanks for the good time with you.
