We were welcomed in on a cold evening, early around 5 pm. It was nice and quiet so we got our food quickly, which is good when you have 2 hungry kiddies! Excellent food, my steak was cooked maybe a little over medium but we all left very contented. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lion:
Visited for an early tea over Easter weekend. We visited based on other reviews but the food was terrible, it makes me sceptical of the other reviews. With young kids we had to sit in a back room as kids are not allowed in the bar areas, fair enough but the place looked like it hadn’t been touched since the early 90s, terrible decor to match the food.
